The start

So in March a year from now I am travelling to Asia and South America. Im going to save up $20,000 and hopefully $10,000 on a credit card. So that can be $30,000 that I can go with. I'm hoping that after I pay most things off, like some of my Student Loan and getting my teeth fixed. There may just be a need for two root canals at $1300 each they dont come cheap and then I have 9 more holes to fix at say $200 each so thats....$2600 + 9 x $200 = $1800 = $4400. So I have just worked out that by March next year I would have only saved $10,200... Are you kidding me thats not enough. I need to figure out a way to save more. I have my $50 a week as a off the side savings account so by the end of 25 pay fortnights it is $1600 and thats with the extra $350 that's already in there.

The beginning of the next two years

Today is the day I start writing my book... It is going to be finished in June next year which is about six months longer than what I thought it was going to take so the whole new years resolution is blown out of the water. I have 36 Chapters which is about 4 more than I thought I would need but Andrew said as long as they are not short chapters. I kind of have finished the first one but it is a bit short. So more on that later... The book wont be finished and published until the end of next year.

For the love of Venice

I bought a How to write a book programme on the computer and it has 10 modules. I teaches you how to write the book... complete it and publish it. I thought it was perfect it could have not come at a better time. I'm on the the second module and that was suppose to have taken me a week to two but I speed through in a day. I also email Andrew the guy that is doing the programme to see what he thinks about the story and if he could help me. I'm super excited I'm going to start writing it in a week, I have almost completed the entire storyline. It's very exciting. I don't know the title of it yet I was thinking along the lines of.... The City of glass, wine and gondolas. For the love of Glass, wine and Priests. Romance in the city of Glass. For the love of Venice. What do you think?

Renting ARRGH!

Mark and I are being terminated from our flat because the unit is being sold. Tough luck for us we are now on a mission to get a flat in 4 weeks, it's a huge challenge because there are so many people looking to rent and will pay anything to get place to stay. It's freaking expensive for a crap box house and Mark and I like modern houses which doesn't slide in our favour. We have only applied for on in the last week, we had to view the properties before applying which were all today and on Friday. So Monday we will be in the Real Estate's with a grin across our faces to say we have mastered your complicated forms and are back with a vengeance. So tired. Also I went on a 10 km walk with my friend Lauren this morning. Long day... I think so.
This is to be my new phone unless destiny sets in, so far it's doing a good job at keeping me at bay. I really like the display screen and it's not hard for me to use so that's fantastic.

Late updates

I've been invited to a friends wedding in New Zealand, Im soooo excited my wedding present to them is a drawing of them together done by me I hope they like it I just dont know how I'm going to do it without smudging the picture. I can draw people that I don't know really well but I find it hard to draw people I know. My story needs work and I still have to make an art piece to put in the an exhibition. So much to do but I like being busy.

My plan for the first day of the year

I am by myself and loving it, I'm just chillin and catching up on a few things... I need to get a few things like washing powder and toilet paper, but other than that I'm being crafty and covering a box I got as my Christmas present with my favourite pictures. Watching trashy t.v and enjoying the shade of the house with the sliding doors wide open onto the amazing deck with my Christmas prezzie (three piece outdoor set). Haha the things that please me.
Also I have put silver shampoo in my hair to dull it down a bit so we will see how that goes.

Fresh for a new year

Today I had a plan to by more hair peroxide stuff to blonde your hair. I know it's not the smartest idea to do it yourself and I learnt the super hard way the first time.
I mixed a ridiculous amount of powder and liquid so it was all out of wack. Then I made Shontelle my partners sister give me a full head of foils (it was her first time to dye someone hair) and left it in for over an hour.... I have no idea why I thinking it was the fumes. So I went home had a shower, I was so excited to see how it turned out. So I wiped the mirror down and I saw Nicki Minaj staring back at me (leopard hair and all), I screamed into a towel for about 15 minutes and tried to calm myself down. The next day I went back to Shontelle and made the same wacky mixture and got her to do my whole head of regrowth.
After that was finished I went with a massive beanie on my head to the supermarket and picked up an ashy blonde mix. Dyed it again in the space of two days and came out with gray hair. Time was up that had to be the colour I was stuck with. At work the next day I tried to not let anyone know that it was a mistake but my weekend was to funny not to tell.
The only one who doesn't know is Mark my partner because he would kill Shontelle if he knew what she had done to my 'beautiful blonde' hair.
Super funny.

This time isn't so bad, the mixture is right it was in my hair for about 25 min. It's still a little brighter than my ends but I have shampoo to help me with that, thanks to a tip from the hairdresser I am full of confidence once again.
Awesome
